Dr. Jerry Chen

Vascular Surgeon

Dr Jerry Chen is a Clinical Professor at the University of British Columbia. He is also the Program Director for the UBC Vascular Surgery Training Program. Dr Chen received his medical degree and completed his residency training in General Surgery at the University of Manitoba. He went on to obtain his Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of British Columbia. He further sub-specialized and did an Endovascular Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in the United States. Dr Chen is a former president for the Canadian Society for Vascular Surgery and Pacific Northwest Vascular Society. He was the Division Head for the Vascular Surgery Program at Vancouver General Hospital. Dr Chen is a scholar and a research scientist with publications on the treatment of arterial and venous diseases. At PEH, Dr Chen performs all assessments himself to ensure his clients are well looked after.
